Review content:
Prompt seating and prompt service, which is hard to get at the 'other' good Indian restaurants in the U District area. The Sauces had a nice flavor, not as complex as other Indian food i have had, but still good. The rice had a nice buttery flavor, but seemed a tad bit too moist. The salad and dressing was a bit bland, but then it was a salad...been spoiled by Taste of India's spicy Indian salad. All in all a good place to come to if you want to try something new or want to skip out on the long wait to get a table someplace else. Pros: Quck seatting, prompt service, good food Cons: Funny orange booths; bland salad dressing; a fruit fly was buzzing around the table.
