I would give it 6 stars out of 5 since I enjoyed living there so much. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive to resident's needs. Libby the property manager is AMAZING!!! There is always a chance to meet your friendly neighbors as they have a variety of fun social activities. It's such a friendly community, feels like you are part of a family, but not the annoying family type :) The apartments have character and are very reasonably priced. Location is perfect in the middle of Tulsa and there is a nice park nearby. This is a gated community, so I always felt safe living here. And it is truly gated, always gated and quickly fixed if they were malfunctioning (which was rare). I would live there again in a heartbeat (if I didn't buy a house) because I made the best friends to last a lifetime!
