It has been a pleasure working with my Service Advisor, Jason Ellison. I have an RX 300 with almost 140,000 miles, and it rides as well now as it did 10 years ago. Jason is very patient in explaining what service should be performed and why. He also informs me about service that may be deferred to a later time. He follows up with phone calls a day or so afterward to make sure I'm satisfied. Any concerns I have--no matter how small--are always satisfactorily addressed. It's a pleasure to have someone such as Jason to whom I can go with questions, etc. and know full well that I will get an honest answer.
