I made one visit to Dr. Blake Tearnan and spent approximately 40 minutes with him. Decided he wasn't the Doctor I wanted to work with. There was no one at the front desk when I drove myself to pick up some paperwork that they stated needed to be filled out and returned prior to a visit. I picked up the paperwork that had my name on it sitting on the front desk. Again there was no one around so I could have actually gone through the desk, which of course I didn't. Thought this was rather strange. Took the paperwork home and filled it out. Then drove back to his office and just left it on the front desk. Again, no one was there.
