Review content:
Very poor customer service at this location regarding mower repair. They seem friendly at first but fail to follow up for appointments, and do not return phone calls. Apparently they do not need or want your business and I will take mine elsewhere in the future. I had made arrangements for a mower pickup, was told it would be in the next two days and they never showed up or called. After a week went by I went to the store, stood at the counter for a long time and was ignored by staff. After giving up on this approach I started calling them on the phone, left my name/number and was never called back.
