Wow these guys are BAD, I live in Picture Rocks, they have skipped the recycle pick up all together, called to customer service to complain and tell them I wanted credit, well getting ANY kind of credit from these people is like pulling teeth, their "so called" customer service people are arrogant, unsympathetic and argumentative. Had to go to the local office in person just to straighten out my problem, and even then they only gave me a $11 credit.
