My husband?s truck broke down in Salt Lake on Wednesday evening. We have never needed a Tow Truck before so we were uncertain who to call. We called our insurance company and they gave us 3 numbers to call. The first company we talked to was very rude and said that they would only take cash up front; the second company was nicer but told us if we waited until Thursday afternoon it would be 25.00 less as they didn?t want to send a driver out after dark; finally we spoke with Intermountain Tow who told us it was the same price no matter what time of day it was and that they would take our credit card. The truck got to my husband within the 20 minutes that I was told it would take to get there. Overall they were a very nice company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car towed.
