I just read the above review and I have to say that I had the opposite experince with Lucy Wright. She never "promised" me any specific results and she called me back every time I called her. She responded to all my emails and questions right away. She gave me full explanations of my options. The financial terms were all spelled out in writing and I actually thought she "underbilled" on a few occassions. I would use her again without question (even though I hope to never go through another divorce). Maybe m1201 either wasn't paying his or her bill or maybe they just didn't read there contract.
