Review content:
If you care about your bike, don't take it to Garrett. They don't care about it at all. You'll bring in a clean bike and get it back filthy. All staff has the attitude they could care less if you are there and want to spend your money there - from the owner to the techs. It was an effort to get the parts manager to look up accessories and order them - like it was an inconvenience to him for us to spend $2k at their store. Trying to get a date/time for install to be completed was a run around - obviously did not want to commit to a date/time and when they did it still wasn't done till the day after it was supposed to be done.
