My brother went to this location to add a Sprint wireless hotspot to his plan (he already had a an EVO phone). The salesperson FLAT OUT LIED TO HIM about the added expense that would appear on his bill. The guy filled his head all full of this crap about getting a 20 percent discount (because he was a St Louis City employee.) on oth the phone bill that he already had and this hotspot - according to his numbers my brothers bill should have risen only $25. He gets his first bill and he's now paying $60 DOLLARS MORE THAN BEFORE HE BOUGHT IT !!!! Now they tell then that there's nothing that they can do and he has to buck up and pay it...or pay a $200 early termination all because the EMPLOYEE WAS A LYING SACK !!! DON"T GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BENT OVER AND RIDDEN HARD !!!!!
