While I was asking what plumbing parts I would need (intending to buy the parts from them), a manager told the employee to stop helping me and bluntly quipped "we don't give free advice. We don't have time for that," even though the store had no other customers and at least four employees behind the counter. Although I told him I intended to get the parts from them, he rudely told me to go to Ace Hardware across the street. I told them I'd never return but they didn't care. It seems they don't want the public in their store, just contractors, and only as long as they don't ask any questions! Their rude demeanour is inexcusable. I could not recommend this place to ANYONE under ANY circumstances! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
