I did my wedding through Encore Party Rentals this past summer 2009. I read the review above and had to do these guys some justice!! Whatever staff/management was there in 2006 is NO LONGER there in 2009. They're not only reliable but the amount of efficiency in catering to my every need made the stress of a big wedding a lot easier!!! I recommend the crew and management I dealt with, they're all relatively young but well informed and very professional. GO ENCORE! Thank you!
