I arranged to have inflatable sumo suits delivered and set up by Encore Party Rentals at an evening party. I verified details with the company many times, including the day before the event and I paid in advance. The night of the event arrived and Encore Party Rentals did not show up. I repeatedly called the emergency answering service for the company while people hung out at my house WAITING and WAITING for hours. It was humiliating. The poor woman at the answering service said that Encore was simply not responding to the pages she was sending. ENCORE NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THE COURTESY OF TELLING ME WHY. I was left hanging with a house full of people. They were all so disappointed and I was left to make excuses. At this moment, I am $450.00 poorer and still have no apopogy from Encore Party Rentals for what happened. They turned months of planing into a disaster and have given me absolutely no reason why. I am telling everyone to avoid them at all costs. There is nothing worse than planning an event for months down to the last detail, and having a business that you're depending on let you down. They are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE THEM!!! You'll save yourself much embarassment and disappointment if you avoid Encore Party Rentals!!!
