Review content:
I used to live in the area and shopped in this store fairly regularly only because of convenience (had to do shopping at night after work and it was the closest option). The items were usually dusty and dirty; the cashiers were unfriendly and not helpful. I dealt with the snottiness and was content with dusting off my groceries but the last straw was when I ordered a sandwich at the deli...I ate a small bit and it was horrendous--really bitter! I'd had the sandwich before so I couldn't understand why it was so disgusting. After examining, I realized the bread they used was moldy (it was that really dark brown bread so you couldn't readily notice it was spoiled). I called to complain and they said to bring it in and I would get a store credit. As if I would ever shop there again! To make matters worse, the Assistant Manager condescendingly said to me, "You know...mold really won't hurt you." The point is not whether or not I would get sick, they should have been concerned that their deli WASN'T monitoring the CONDITION of the food they were serving! UNACCEPTABLE. Pros: None Cons: Everything
