Review content:
I have taken samples to multiple labs and by far NVL has the most sloppy, inaccurate work out of any. The report I was given had too many spelling/grammatical errors to use as anything official. Customer service at this place is a nightmare. No project managers are ever available to talk to, the reps are moody. Is this place family owned? It shows. Don't trust their work, and if you can go somewhere else!
