Quality, Honest, Personable. I own a 2001 Audi 2.8 A4 Quattro. A very nice vehicle in my opinion and I absolutely love it. I take great care of my vehicles and try to keep them in tip-top shape, so choosing a repair shop other than the dealership was hard for me to do. I didn't have time to shop around and because of the condition our economy is in right now I really didn't have the money to take it to a dealership. After researching shops online I came across Andres Auto Service. Based off the reviews of the shop, I thought I would take a chance and try them out. When I got there with my vehicle in-tow I noticed something. From the outside, the building looked old and run-down, almost as if the business was closed. I have to admit I was thinking I made a bad decision and almost went to a different shop. Soon after we pulled up, a young man came from a vehicle parked on the side of the street. It turns out it was the shop owners son and the shop was closed, but he pointed me to his father, Luis, and took my car in. After entering his shop I was kind of impressed. There were different kinds of vehicles from Mercedes, VW's to Audi's up on hydraulic jacks and nice equipment inside. I was starting to feel a little more relieved. I explained to Luis that I was having a power loss issue and told him that I noticed a fan that was staying on in the front right after turning my vehicle off. Worst case scenario I would need a new computer board. It turns out they only needed to reprogram the computer board and clean up some corroded wires, they also fixed my turn signals. Total cost of repair $655.48. Much less than what I would have expected to pay for at a dealership.
