Review content:
I was shocked to read the reviews that are posted for Jackson Stoneworks. My experience with them started in Sept. '09 when I picked my stone out..we would not be ready for installation until March of '10. They held the stone, met with me several times with questions etc. I found Tyler to be very patient and professional. Everyone who works there was a delight to work with. I had no problems with anything. The installation was perfect and the installers were a joy. I ran the granite up the wall to the cabinets and it's gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as I already have. By the way, they also kept me well informed about needing a plumber ( used the company they use). They also make everyone a free Lazy Susan from the granite they cut out for the sink..it's a very nice gesture and most people that see it can't believe it was a gift. Thank You Tyler and Staff!!
