I realize they don't really care about the renters as they get their money from the owners. But I think a smart owner will know that driving your tenants out will in the end be more expensive. Also, not addressing problems (like a hole in the wall of the shower since the day we moved in that we called 4 times about with no action, which I'm sure is collecting mold in the walls) will also cost more to fix later rather than sooner. And, Karen would give me personal info about the owner and what was going on in his life. As an owner, I would not want this shared with my tenants.
