Review content:
Hello! I am the Jennie F. mentioned in this review. I am writing because I care deeply about my job and the people I serve. I was really sad when I was informed yesterday that someone had written a horrible review about me on the internet and now I feel it is my responsibility to respond. I have heard from this customer before, she wrote in to corporate not long after her visit to our restaurant and said the same things she has posted here. I want you, as the reader, to know that there was a lot more going on in this situation than what she has said. But I cannot post it here. I am sure there is some truth to what she has said, and I know when you are sitting at the table at a restaurant, it feels like things take a lot longer than they actually do. But I can promise you, I am a nice person. I love people and I try my best. I am not perfect, I cannot promise perfection. I invite you to come meet me and judge for yourself whether my service is noteworthy. And I sincerely hope that the woman who wrote this, reads this. I remember her, I remember her family, and I want her to know that I harbor no harsh feelings for the mean things she has written here. Thank you for reading this. -Jennie F
