Review content:
This is a cigar store and pipe shop that has very knowledgeable employees. They are very friendly and will be happy to just let you look if you want. Their merchandise mix is a little more upscale than some discounters, but the selection of nice cigars and pipes is fairly priced. They have about 15 different kinds of bundle cigars at any given time and over 30 pipe tobaccos, many of which are blended right there. There was a customer while I was there who returned a cigar and said it unrolled after it was clipped and didn't burn right. The clerk gave him a replacement, apologized for the inconvenience, and clipped it while the customer was still there to insure there were no more problems. I was impressed. The store is inside the Oxmoor Shopping Mall in Louisville and is open until 9 PM six nights a week, 12-6 on Sunday.
Pros: Good selection of fairly priced cigars, pipes, tobacco, and accessories
Cons: Parking is in a mall parking lot, sometimes hard to find a space
