We appreciate everything you/Mid-Florida did and I will do what I can to continue to support you and Mid-Florida. John had a few other competitive bids from other companies and he decided to go with Mid-Florida because of you taking the time to communicate and focusing on what he, the customer, was looking for vs. the hard sell tactics used by other companies to push what they were interested in selling to him. Your approach as well as my Mid-Florida experiences (there were many) that I shared with John are what sealed the deal. You, Kevin, Travis, Charlie, Aaron and Dan's focus was always on getting the problems solved! Those actions are what counts in the end, not unmet promises.
