Review content:
This is by far the best workout that I have found in Chicago. It is challenging for all levels of fitness. There are a wide variety of classes and boredom is never an option. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite classes are usually the ones that are taught by Katalin, the owner. She's one of those rare finds in the fitness world who, as an instructor, inspires her students to do better. This gym is truly a hidden gym...though I have to admit, it is pretty easy to get there by either public transit or car. The only thing that can be difficult is limiting yourself to the number of classes you will take in any one given evening. I'm not sure why it is, but in any 45 min class, you may feel tired at one point but by the end, your brain will chime in and say what a great time you had and you find yourself sticking around for the next class.
