Review content:
On 7/12/11 I placed an order with this florist and gave them the item number from their web page. When the family member received the basket of flowers and called to let me know, she described it and it did not sound like anything I had ordered. She sent me pictures and I was shocked to say the least! The basket was not the right shape, size or color and the flowers were unhealthy as well and it looked very cheap. I called the next morning and was told sometimes they have to substitute. I told them they should have called me before doing that. They said they would get the right basket and get it out that afternoon. I recieved a call and pictures again. The basket still was not what I had ordered and would not do what I had intended it for but at least it was much better. Just because someone orders from out of town does not give them right to change and cheapen the order in an attempt to make more money in my opionion. I will never order from them again!
