I just purchased a Shih Tzu from Puppy City back in early March 2011, and she is a DOLL. The staff was very friendly, and helped me out with the 150 questions my kids and I came up with, before we even picked a puppy. I even called the store after purchasing my beloved Bella, and they were still very helpful and nice to me on the phone. I will definitely recommend Puppy City to anyone who ever asks my opinion. They were just so knowledgable, everyone in their must have 3 dogs, not to mention the cleanliness of this place, if they weren't helping a customer, Id see someone pick up a broom and start sweeping. Im writing this because I saw these reviews after the fact of buying my pup, and its just unfair to say such things. I understand people have their point of view, but Im sure you could always talk to the staff, they'd be more than glad to help. I hope this review, helps you pick your next pup, because I know where I'll be getting my next one from..... PUPPY CITY!!!!
