My fiance and I got engaged this past Valentines day but before that he spent about 6 months looking at the same ring at Shane co. The staff were friendly and very helpful (except one woman), but they tolerated the day in and day out visits they received from him. He shopped at 6 other local jewelers first before deciding on Shane Co. It was the best decision he ever made! Every time I go in to have it cleaned the staff are always so nice even though the service I came in to get was free. The next time I need any jewelry guess where I am going!! The ring is so beautiful it not only takes my breath away, but everyone I show it too. He did good!!!
