I called @ 130pm this afternoon to get my window fixed. Spoke with Lisa (who was WONDERFUL!) she told em that they woudln't be able to fix it until tomorrow morning as there driver had already left the warehouse; but was informed that the window was in stock. I asked if i could go pick it up myself. She told me the warehouse was in Capitol Heights, MD. i told her that wouldn't be a problem. She told em that if that was the case then, I could get it fixed there while I was there. The appt was made for 3pm. It was raining horribly and I called to see if I got there a little late would they still see me. She said they woudn't turn me away as long as I got there before they closed. Got there @ 3:02PM. My car was finished at 3:34PM... brand new passenger front roll up window and everything. They even fixed the little ding that was made in the side frame of the window. I was offered the insurance on the glass that was only an extra $30 and would last me as long as I owned the vehicle. The insurance, the window, and the labor were ALL less than every other company i had called. And they finished it in THIRTY MINUTES! I would recommend them to anyone needing window replacements. They are highly professional, ridiculously quick, friendly, and prompt.
