I'm not a complainer by nature, but I felt compelled to write this review based on the experience that I had recently at Aspen Dental in Greensburg. After arriving 10 minutes early for my schedule appt., I sat the customary 40 minutes to be seen while I filled out a mountain of paper and signed my name no less than 10 times...while the receptionist treated a caller with utter disrespect. I finally am seen after nearly 20 X-rays of my mouth were taken. The Dentist was pleasant enough, but not overly so. I needed 2 fillings and a thorough cleansing of my teeth. There was to be no teeth cleaning on that day. Everything seemed to hinge on meeting John, the Finance Man (Also not overly friendly). It took John about 4 minutes to determine that all of the work I needed would be about $750.00....remember 2 fillings and a cleaning. John told me that a filling is $147/each, the exam and Xrays were free. This leaves me paying $456. to have my teeth cleaned.....uh,.... I don't think so!!! Pros: null Cons: null
