Review content:
We had been going to this vet for five years for all our cats and dogs needs. Front office help is adequate, though fall short on personal attention. The eldest staff member is the exception. Don't expect a personal and lasting relationship between you, your pet and the doctors because as soon as you walk out the door, they will have forgotten your name. Never once in the numerous times I brought my pets in, did a single staff member or doctor remember our names. They keep you waiting in the examining rooms for far too long and once the doctor comes in, he/she is biting at the bit to move on to another patient Pros: convenience and general competence for basic cat and dog care. Cons: Impersonal service. Poor interpersonal skills. Too busy -- doctors act harried. Expensive.
