My experience at Just Cats was absolutely unsatisfacory and unpleasant. The office staff failed to contact me about my cat's test results (I'm still waiting for 1 report). The second veterinarian I consulted (the first one was no longer available, which made contnuity of treatment difficult) was rude. She lectured me about the way I care for my cats and suggested I go elsewhere if I did not agree with her advice. My cat was very sick - I have since asked another vet to put her to sleep - and the vet at Just Cats never even examined her. And to top it off, Just Cats charges very stiff prices compared to other veterinary clinics!
Pros: Pleasant office decor, cute products
Cons: Expensive, rude veterinarian, inefficient office staff
