I was looking for a dog boarding facility to care for my 4 dogs. First when I called for a tour they told me to come in, and said I could not bring my dog. I wanted one of my dogs to get a feel of the place. When I arrived the front desk person said she could not leave her desk and there was no one available to give the tour. I said that I was told I could come in today. Then she proceeded to get someone else and their replied was " I don't have time" That there discouraged me. If they do not have time for me, then they probably do not have time for the dogs. Finally, one lady was able to give me the tour ... she took me around the place and completed the tour in less than five minutes. I was rushed. She did not ask any questions about my dogs. I told her that one of my dogs would bark when she has to go out. She said that all of their dogs bark. I felt that they will let my dog urinate in her suit. Overall first impression , I would never take my dog to a place like that.. There was no TLC and the facility was almost empty for them to say they do not have time. What would happen if the facility was busy? I do not want to know.. poor dogs who stay there.
