I disagree Xman7601. I have lived at Circa for a year now and have loved it! The office and maintenance staff have been friendly and make coming home from work enjoyable. Whenever I have a maintenance need it is repaired immediately. I will admit, I did not have my keys after returning from a trip once and I as well was locked out. It was a pain and I was really mad at the situation. But, it is not their responsibilty to let me in at 2am. I slept in my car since I had to be at work 5 hrs later! LOL The staff let me in at 8am and offered me coffee and helped me with my bags. The afterhours maintenance was for emergencies only. As for price, I refuse to live in an old apartment ran by some private owner who won't care if I need a light bulb changed. I attend the monthly Circa gatherings and enjoy having friends in the community. Well, I just wanted to express my feelings just as you did. Well wishes to you Xman7601 but you do not speak for everyone. In my line of work I know it is more likely someone complain than compliment.
