Thank you to the staff at Pinnacle Automotive for excellent service. My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state during the Chritmas holidays, when our Moutaineer began shaking violently. We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning. Mountaineer was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days. Brian and Dennis helped to load and unload the truck for us and were friendly and thoughtful with the children. While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it - Thanks again!
