Review content:
Michael had a crew out to sand and refinish our kitchen/laundry room hardwood floors. We had 3 coats of finish applied, as the kitchen is a high traffic area, and my experience is that it protects the floors better. We were able to get an estimate from Michael in a timely manner, it took a bit of follow-up to get us scheduled, but the work went as planned and in the time stated. The guys doing the work were great; they obviously knew their trade well, worked efficiently and the floors look wonderful. I was very pleased with the work, would definitely hire them again. Would probably ask for Wayne to come back, if possible; he really knew what he was doing. They used a Swedish varnish on the floors, in my opinion, it's the best finish available; we had a different finish in our family room, and it has not held up nearly as well.
