I've used this shop for over ten years and am very satisfied with all of their work. It is the best equipped shop in Big Rapids.The service technicians constantly attend factory training in all areas of repair and diagnostics. They are thorough, they stand behind their work and always treat me honestly. When I have a question they take time to explain any detail of the work.
Pros: The shop large, clean and customers can sit in the waiting area and see what's going on.
