I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a state inspection on a Saturday at noon-thirty knowning that it would be a while before they would get to it. They said, "two hours." Fine, not a big deal as I had my friend follow me in my other car to give me a ride. At about ten minutes before four, that's three hours, I get a call stating that I needed new wiper blades. I asked if I could see the state inspection manual where it said the requirements of wiper blades but they said that they wouldn't show it to me. They also said if I wanted my car done I'd just have to get them because they wouldn't do the rest of the inspection. I would have bought new blades, but since, amazingly, the man who does the inspection left at four, only a few minutes before they called me, I was left with no choice but to have it done. This is raliroading into service in its worse form. Do NOT take your vehicle here. They will force their services on you and then tell you there are things wrong with your car that are not. Find somewhere else in the Briar Creek area to take your vehicles, PLEASE!
Pros: i FINALLY and EVENTUALLY got my car back
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!
