I recently moved to Atlanta and was frustrated by the lack of customer service at a few of the salons I'd visited. I'm of the mindset that a woman's hair is very personal and that stylists are there to help. Nothing irritates me more than a "I'm a rockstar" attitude and then lackluster style. A co-worker recommended this salon and I called to book an appt and spoke w-Hannah who w/out me asking offered information about the salon and hours available. I booked with Julie and am absolutely thrilled with my hair, I feel really great and her technique was perfection. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and she was great to talk to. If you're looking for a quality salon w/out the BS, this is it!!!
Pros: Very customer service oriented, not pushy, great technique
