Review content:
We dropped off our best dress shirts and sweaters for simply cleaning and pressing. We allowed a week for them to be completed as the owner indicated time was needed to do the job correctly; therefore, we shared that we didn't need them immediately, and we'd return in one week. When we picked up our laundry and brought it home (dropped off additional clothing not knowing our shirts and sweaters were ruined), we found very distinctive black smudges all over all of the laundry we'd left in their care. We brought it all back, and we were then told it was due to one of the shirt's pressed on design, but if they'd known this from the start (as professional cleaners knowing their craft - they'd take the precausions so this had not happened). By the way, we've had the same laundry done by John's, and we've never had a problem. Anyway, we were told it would be fixed if dropped off the laundry again. When we received the clothing the 2nd time around, it was all still damaged, and we were not compensated as over $300 in clothing was destroyed. We've both vowed never to return. Pros: Plenty of Excuses to Share Cons: Unprofessional, Destroyed our best Laundry
