It has taken me a week to write this review simply because there are no words that can describe the service I received. I came to Lynn's just three days before my wedding after Long's Bridal on the east side completely butchered my dress during a routine bustle alteration. Not only had Long's damaged the pleating in the back of my dress, but there was also two large (palm sized) dirt marks on both sides of my zipper in the back. I brought my dress to Lynn's Fashion and Bridal in tears and desperation. I did not think the damage done to my dress could be repaired. When I came back two days later....I hardly recognized my dress. The people at Lynn's not only reversed the horrible damage done to my pleating, but the dress was white as snow. I cried tears of joy. I looked beautiful on my wedding day thanks to the kind heart and skill of Lynn's Fashion & Bridal. I am forever grateful.
