Review content:
Sorry but once again the staff let me down - last time I hope as my wife if considering moving our business to another vet. We have a small furry animal that we thought had a cancerous growth - agreed to not spend huge money on it - vet confirmed it was cancerous - asked them to call us with an estimate of the surgery, etc. Well a few hours we got the call that the surgery was a success! $1500bill plus I'm sure there will be follow-ups, etc. Wife is too nice in situations like this but has finally agreed to look into another vet that we've heard good things about and realizes that in this economy, people that ask for an estimate don't have unlimited funds for an animal.
