Review content:
As as tenant for a few years here almost 3 , I believe checking around its the grandest in valley. For the following reason. owners behind it up and beyond the duty events and things that the managers dont need or have to do but do to make us extra happy and feel at home. So many visitors I know have been impressed with our lobby , sauna, spa, and better than most gyms, are marble and carpets and mirrors. Also the units with double patios are something extra. Mentioning the movie theatre where we have parties and movies its screen is huge and great. We have many events and brunches and things and events for kids too. OUr underground parking is pretty ample and our maintenance is good with so many tenants. There really arent any cons all pros I believe. as I sign my 4 lease shortly. I believe these here are honest facts as well as views. Tenant since 05
