Review content:
Reading some of these online reviews about other moving companies and how they treat and interact with their customers is so disconcerting to me. I was in pharmaceutical sales for 23 years and my husband was also in a management position for a large corporation for over 20 years and we can say first hand that customer service is the most important aspect with any company. I feel sad for many of these people that have lost items due to theft, damages or that were simply unable to pay for the inflated amounts that some moving companies seem to charge after the move is already on the truck, in fact I am shocked that some companies are allowed to operate in that manner. So believe me, we did almost 4 months of research before hiring Lexington Mini Storage to make sure that our items would be in good hands and arrive safely from one point to the next. We paid a premium price and expected premium service, and that is precisely what we recieved. We had bids from local companies, brokers, long distance van lines and in the end, thier knowledge and willingness to answer countless emails and phone calls is what had us choosing them for the move. Eric was so attentitive to our needs and requirements, he promised to send his "top" crew which he did. He said they only had a few of their own crews and trucks and basically guaranteed Tim and his truck to do the move for us. Tim, was quiet and not very talkative or even personable to be honest, but he wasn't rude or abbrasive, he was just about business and did his job. Packing and loading took 2 days in total and the delivery timeframe they gave us was between 4 and 10 days because our weight was so high they thought it would be closer to the 4 day mark and they were in Pennsylvania in 5 days. Upon unloading we did not notice any damages or anything out of the ordinary. 3 months later and we are all unpacked and there is no noticable damage. We are moving again in the future and will be calling upon Lexington Mini Storage for their professionalism and hopefully we can get Tim again for that move as well.
