Review content:
John, the owner - who is in his late 40's/early 50's and an older gentleman - are usually the ones who work there and are both great. My son is a coin collector and both spend time talking to him, answering all of his questions, showing him anything he wants to see and they usually include a special coin as part of his change (like a Kennedy half dollar, new dollar coin, etc.).
Pros: Helpful/Go out of their way/Knowledgeable/Thoughtful
Cons: Sometimes it gets busy and we have to wait to ask ?'s
