This place was supposed to clean my Coach signature Soho bag and have it ready on the 14th. When I went to pick it up on the 18th, they said it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. When I came back the next day, I was horrified to learn they dyed it WITHOUT my permission! Since the bag was dyed, so was the off-white stitching, so Robert advised me he was going to have to re-stitch it in order to restore it to its former glory. I explained how important stitching is on a designer bag and that it would look counterfeit if he did that, but I agreed to let him try.
