Review content:
Amazing customer service. These people are very generous with their time and a delight to work with. They made sure that I understood the different options I had and answered all my questions. After they delivered my grandfather clock they took the time to thoroughly explain to me how to adjust the time and why my clock needs to be serviced every 5 years to keep it in good running condition. I called them with more questions a couple of weeks later and again they seemed very happy to answer my questions even suggesting that I could call them any time if I had any more questions. I feel my clock is in good hands and asked them for business cards so I could send them more customers. It would be great if everyone gave such good service...it certainly is hard to come by these days.
