Having moved from a small town in Pa where my uncle owned the Ford dealership, I was nervous about finding a mechanic who wouldn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. One day driving down Waterloo my check engine light appeared, so I stopped. All three of the mechanics were busy, but the manager pulled one of his guys to take a quick look. After hooking my car up to the computer the mechanic had this resolved in minutes. The cost...$0. I have gone back for oil changes and shocks, struts and brakes. Always pleased.
