I assumed that Vets were like doctors and would not let anyone suffer needlessly. I brought Conway Ferns to you on Friday, May 14, 2010 with a bite on his shoulder and a broken canine. You would not help him because I did not have a job. Instead you suggested the SPCA. I found out through the SPCA that you are the Vets for them. Conway Ferns was considered the "Gentle Giant" as he loved everyone and wanted attention from everyone. He was only 2 1/2 years old and a Maine Coon. He was my beautiful "boy". I say was because, at the SPCA, the euthanized him that night because they said he was aggressive and growling. He was hurt and needed help. What oath do you take when you become a Vet.? Is it similar to a Physician? Pets become part of our families and as such our children and least mine do. Because you would not help him, he is dead. I hope that you are happy with the kind of service your practice provides to your patients during trying times. I guess you see them as nothing more than some creature that walks on four legs and can be discarded at any time. To me and to others they are our children and need our help. Regardless of financial ability. If your child need a physicians help you would be given it whether you could afford it or not. My "child" was not given that opportunity.
