Went to oak express and furniture row on february 12. Bought over two thousand worth of furniture yo be delivered february 17. They FORGOT a piece of furniture. the delivery guys was like watching laurel and hardy trying to unload and place my furniture. Took them way more time than it should have. They called the company about my missing piece and told me someone would call me. no one did. I had to call and I was told the piece was forgotten and he would readfy for this FIT ME IN for saturday. Not when can we come out and make you r day convient, no we need to be there when we can. So now my saturday is ruined waiting on laurel and hardy to attempt to remove a heavy cabnet. No apologies NOTHING Pros: null Cons: null
