This food service has helped me recover from major surgery. The healthy, fresh food promoted my strength and conserved my energy by preparing and delivering it to me daily from their Los Angeles kitchen. I also lost 40 pounds without trying, which pleased me very much. The Fresh Diet began offering daily vegetarian menu choices starting in Spring 2012. Before that time, I could not finish the large meat portions in the dinner entrees. If I could afford it I would continue to subscribe so that I could receive Fresh Diet food once a week.
