Review content:
Saw Dodge Magnum for 107 dollars for 2 day weekend. Higher than the 80 diollars here in Oregon. But they'd pick us up at Amtrak and let us drop the car off at the airport. Called the phone Reservation System and they confirmed everything except the car would have to be a Charger for the same price. So we reserved it and received an online confirmation. When we got there the train and we were a little late. The only car they had was a little P T Cruiser for the same price. Said they'd try and get it lowered. They did not however. No way a Cruiser is the same size as a Charger as there complaint operator said. She said Fresno was in charge of virtually the whole valley for Enterprise. They were not open weekends, said the operator was not working that day and made an error. They have no drop box at the airport either. So we had a little car and were agressively pressured to get addittional insurance, and had to take the car back to the location at 4:30 am for an early flight out. Waited 1 hour in the dark without even a seat to sit on and I am 63 and never done that before. The cab didn't show for an hour after many calls. Yellow Cab showed in 3 minutes and just barely got us there in time. I don't apprecaite having to stand outside in the dark that time of night in a strange city. I wished a larger car and paid for it. And we rented a car to keep from using cabs. Heck, the buses run during the day. Only time we really needed the car was to get to the airport. Yes, they'll pick you up there. But you are others mercey to get back.
Pros: Didn't mind paying more for Enterprise because they'd pick us up and we could leave the car at the airport.
Cons: Of little value to a traveler. How many wuish to be stuck outside in the cold wee hours in a strange city with no place to even sit?
