Businiess name:  Kirkpatrick Management

Review content:
If a "0" was offered, I would have chosen that as a rating. I have worked as a physician my entire life, and have experienced and heard of poor customer service, but this company is outright abusive. They not only treat their staff poorly, but they fail to pay their vendors on time. As if that wasn't enough, they do not keep their neighborhoods in good shape, and their accounting practices (or lack thereof) are abhorent. The state attorney is now investigating them because of complaints, and several folks have filed lawsuits because of their actions. You may have heard on the news about this, and residents who work in the world of broadcasting have starting taping some of Kirkpatrick's shenanigans. If you are considering purchasing a home in one of their neighborhoods, think again. Talk to your realtor. They will tell you what a nightmare you can avoid by not buying where Kirkpatrick's name is associated with it!
